The Colonies at Williamsburg (Virginia). 4BR which can be locked-off into 2-2BRs.
Fixed week 23. $855 MF (taxes included), that's $427.50 per 2BR!
Use your week in a very historical place, or trade into phenomenal locations like:

Hawaii (Maui): Westin Nanea Ocean Resort Villas (2BR)
Hawaii (Big Island): Kohala Suites by Hilton Grand Vacations (2BR)
Hawaii (Oahu): Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club (studio)
Hawaii (Big Island): Kona Coast Resort Phase II (1BR)
Nuevo Vallarta and Riviera Maya, Mexico: Grand Luxxe (3BR and 2BR)

You read that correctly; I've been able to trade for 4 Hawaiian timeshares and an II "Elite" resort in Mexico! So why am I letting it go? Wifey picked up a new week IN Hawaii (our fav)

FAQ:

PRICE:
FREE---
Well almost...buyer responsible for transfer fees.
The Colonies charges $250 for the Resort Transfer Fee.
MFs are due in Jan.
I recommend using an escrow company.
LT Transfers is my personal preference. ($160 last time I checked)

PRIME VALUE TRADER:
How many TPU’s does this resort get with RCI?
Week 23: 36 total; 18 for each 2BR deposit.

LOCK OFF?
Yes - NO fees

TRADES?
It is affiliated with both II and RCI. Like II, but not RCI? Trade with II. Like RCI, but not II? Trade with RCI. Don't like either or just want a different exchange company? Trade with SFX.

TAXES:
The $855 includes taxes.
Breakdown for 2018:
MF: $795
Taxes: $60
Total: $855

II fees:
If you add a year to your II membership ($89), they'll add the unit at no additional cost (this is how I add mine). You also have the option of paying an admin fee (don't know this cost) if you don't want to extend your membership.

Additional Information:
2019 First Use Year (deposited 2018 for 2 of the trades above).
No loan balance!
Week 23, school's out so take an early "Summer" getaway!

DESCRIPTION:

The Colonies at Williamsburg is located in James City County, Virginia, which is known for its history. Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown Island, Yorktown, Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, award-winning golf courses, shopping, and fine dining abound nearby.

I think July 4th is in week 26; week 23 is generally the first half of June.

Does RCI charge you to combine the deposits for 36 TPU or can you deposit the whole thing as one deposit and get 36TPU
Looks like it might work better in II.

Week 23 is normally first week of June - correct.
You simply get preference for that week, it floats all weeks.

I personally use II so I cannot confirm the RCI question, I would imagine that you would be able to combine for a price...RCI people?

Someone pick this up before I have to deposit these weeks for 2019!
