Wyndham has some type of tech issue which incorrectly flagged and locked owner accounts, indicating the accounts were past due.. If you have check ins this week, I'd recommend you check your account online.. Some accounts reported they were unable to complete the booking process for new reservations, others were unable to modify an existing reservation or add a guest name, and others were seeing a "Contact Financial Services...." flag when trying to log in.. Rep couldn't explain why accounts were being impacted in different ways, but confirmed that they have been very busy with the same issue yesterday and this morning. . Only takes about ten minutes for them to actually remove the flag, but the back and forth on the phone takes much longer.. Owner Services pushes you to Financial to confirm you are paid up, then back to Owner Services, then over the Owner Care who messages tech, etc.......
