Swallowtail at Sea Pines - prime summer weeks 30 & 31

Both weeks deeded together in unit 2900 at Swallowtail at Hilton Head. The resort is located mid-island in the Sea Pines plantation. This is a low density resort with large townhouse style units containing 2 bedrooms plus a den. Enjoy all that Sea Pines offers including miles of bike trails and sandy beaches, Harbour Town and South Beach marina and restaurants.

Maintenance fees for 2019 are $880/week. Both 2019 weeks (8/2 and 8/9) available for occupancy at this point.

Buyer to pay low transfer fees through LT Transfers.
