SVV Bella/Key West 2 Bedroom Lockoff Maintenance Fees?

    Thinking about buying another unit to use as a II/extra StarOption trader ... trying to get an idea what the maintenance fees are.

    Probably going to look for a biennial.

    The database is lacking for 2019 info ... also are taxes included in fees or paid to state separate?

    @needvaca had the numbers pretty close....

    Maintenance costs: 658.71 + 85.63 taxes = $744.34 paid every other year
    That's Key West L/O 95,7 EOY Annual MF is $1488.67...taxes might vary.
    I've also seen other reports of Bella L/O and KW L/O at $1516 and $1458.62. Go figure. Different taxes? ARDA fees included? VSE membership fee added on? Who knows.
    In any case.....I think it's close enough for your purposes. I don't have the bill.....but this is based on data I received associated with a purchase contract.

    Vistana membership fee is due every year
    $145 for the first week
    $ 50 for the second week
    $ 0 for the third week

    So, for the EOY ownership:

    $744.34 MF including taxes every year
    $145 VSE membership fee every year (or $50 if it's your second, $0 if it's your third ownership)
    $ -- EOY ownership fee every year--none at SVV (thanks @dioxide45 )

    My best guess...maybe a current 2019 owner will report. Again, the $744.34 might have some other fee aggregated, but I don't have the document to examine.
    I was originally told that the MF's on the L/O would be in the high $16xx's each annual year, but there have been increases plus the $60 EOY fees, so the above may be correct.

    There is no $30 EOY fee at SVV.

    I think you were thinking of the increase in $30 MF for an Every Other Year (EOY) week. Vistana does that as their "overhead" for EOY week but it is regardless of a week being in VSN or not.

    This is what I paid in 2019 for the SVV-Bella 2BD LO (95,700 SOs) I own:

    Maintenance Fees $ 1,356.69
    Tax $ 159.62
    TOTAL $ 1,516.31 - all paid to Vistana

    So it would be about $758.16 for a biennial ownership. My VSN fees are paid through my other VOIs.

    2019 OPERATING ASSESSMENT $798.06
    2019 REPLACEMENT RESERVES $200.68
    2019 ESTIMATED REAL ESTATE TAX $131.18

    TOTAL=$1129.92 (No VSN fee included)

    my fees for my 2 bedroom in Platinum season 81k SO's (or whatever season is the highest) is the following:
    $998.74 for Maintenance
    $131.18 Tax
    $50 VSN fee

    Total $1179.92, so same as Capjak's, but mine includes the VSN fee.
