Does anyone have personal experience with making a weeks owner reservation at Summit Watch at 12 months during ski season? Is it reasonable to get a spring break week at 12 months?

Yes very reasonable to book a spring break week at the open of the 12 month window. If you wait, then the availability can go quickly a couple weeks after the window opens.

Thanks, exactly the reassurance I was hoping for. I am considering a resale purchase but am a little scared off by the Marriott 13 month advantage for multi-week owners. I currently own Westin Maui and have never had a problem when I book asap but have no experience with Marriott.

The Marriott multi-week 13 month advantage only applies to half of the available weeks which can be booked by weeks owners. So, you will always have half the weeks inventory available at exactly 12 months.
