I have a 3br lockoff that sleeps 12 the fees for 2018 were $1,093.26 which I have paid in Jan. If you want to use this in 2018 I would expect the fees back. If you want to wait for 2019 your only cost will be the resort transfer and Legal Timeshare Tranfers fee.

Can be spit into a 2br 2ba sleeps 8 with a Q, two doubles and a Q sleeper sofa, and a 1br 1ba that sleeps 4.

Free shuttle to the parks.

I use this strictly for trading and have never stayed. For deeding purposes the unit is 208-103 week 29 but have no claims to that week, it floats 1-51.

Call the resort with questions, they were very helpful to me when I bought this and LTT can answer transfer questions. That way you will get it straight from the source.

email me with any questions, thanks

I'm only casually curious about the unit, but I did have a question. Is the unit Building 208 Room 103 or Room 208 Building 103? I've stayed at Summer Bay and it's a nice spot, but their numbering always confuses me.

Thanks, every time I go to get rid of it I talk myself into keeping it. I start looking at the pics and realize I get four weeks for this every year I pull the ads

Yes, you will miss it when it’s gone. But someone else will enjoy it I’m sure!

A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
It is unit 103 in building 208. This means it is deeded in the 200's section of the resort. It is an older section but still nice and the MF's are actually a little lower than the 400 and 500's sections. All the amenities are shared throughout all of the sections. I believe the 100's are the Villas which have no balconies (that's the way I always remember which are which). The first section of the Houses that they built are in the 300's. The 400's and 500's were primarily sold originally as RCI points resorts although somewhere between 1/3 and 1/2 of the 200 section converted at some point to rci points.

Nice! For anyone interested in using the home unit, the 200 series buildings are nice. They’re 20 years old but they finally got renovated last year and are pretty nice inside. Roomy too. 208 is across the parking lot by the mini putt, but still pretty close to the club house & big pool. The club house has been renovated too and has a good pizza place now and a Starbucks inside.

~$1,000 maintenance fee is a pretty good deal for that. It’d be at least that to rent just a 2 bedroom (what we normally do) for a week there.
