Success using Limited Replacement week in II for FL winter weeks

Earlier in the year I had to cancel 2 weeks that I traded in interval as mom was having surgery. Thankfully all went well.

I got replacement weeks but being my trips were under 60 days away that was the limitations of my replacement weeks.

I usually have my travel plans over a year in advance so using these replacement weeks with the timespan limitations seemed challenging.

Lightbulb went on. If I could trade for weeks when I was traveling this winter I could then rent the weeks I own that I was going to use.

So I did a trade as far out as I could go with the plan to flip to the Marriott Cypress using eplus. What I didn’t know was whether my week would have enough power to get a winter Cypress when I used eplus. It did. After Disney resorts it is my favorite resort in Orlando.

With eplus I will keep an eye out and eplus if something better shows up in another area. In the past some gem usually pops up.

My second week I was able to get Marriott Ocean Pointe, a studio but it is a large type. Again will see if anything better pops up.

So successfully used my replacement weeks and will make some money renting the weeks I own.
