Still unable to book for 2021 at Presidential Villas at Plantation Resort

    Apparently after Wyndham taking over, the office will not book a request for 2021. I was told to call December of 2020. This is absurd. She said the latest they are booking anything is Dec. 2020.

    Not sure I am going to keep this TS much longer.

    it may have to do with the advance reservation system. not sure they can do more than 365 days. :) did you ask why NOT.. if you are a owner call and ask to speak with Dave Nelson the GM.. he will tell you in plain english.. (good guy)

    Thanks for the name. The two women I spoke with, one new, one more senior just said the system wasn’t set up for 2021. They could not be more specific about when or if things would change.
    My husband wants to go to the annual meeting but we are in SW Florida and I don’t relish driving up just for this.
    I will try call the gentleman you suggested. Thanks.

    I called in July, prepaid my 2021 fees, and was given a reservation for July 2021. I received a confirmation number. I will have to call to see if I am in the system.

    when did this email go out?? I am owner at Presidential Villa and don't remember getting this.. Plus was at HOA meeting in march and did not hear this either.

    That email about the monthly plan arrived as a hard copy in my monthly statement from Plantation. This time my husband called. We had already paid the estimated MF for 2020 back in 2018. After paying the rest ($96.00), we enrolled in the new monthly MF plan. Then, we could book our week for 2121. We can put the monthly our the CC for no extra fee.

    Frustrating how their computer system could book our advance week this way, but not the way we had previously done it. I still don’t know when to call in the future to book for 2022
