We leave for a cruise in January. We're stopping at Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, Tortola, and St. Maarten, all of which were badly damaged in the hurricane. All those ports are open now, and none of the excursions have changed, except they had to cancel one that went to a botanical gardens on St. Thomas. We were supposed to stay at the San Juan Caribe Hilton before the cruise, but they moved us to the La Concha Renaissance because of the storm damage to the Hilton (it looks like an upgrade). We were thinking of canceling, but it sounds like the island economies really need the return of the tourism. It will be interesting to see how much damage is still visible on the excursions we're taking.
