Sunday my car beeped and a warning light came on telling me I had low pressure in one of my tires. I pulled into a gas station thinking all I had to do was add air but saw that the tire had a big nail in it and adding air wouldn't help.

I called AAA Texas and within 30 minutes they had the tire off and my doughnut on. There was a Walmart about 5 minutes away so I pulled in to their Automotive Center and asked how long it would take to repair my tire. 30 minutes later (and $10 poorer) my tire had been repaired and put back on my car and I was on my way.

Sometimes things do work out!!

I'm really thankful for those low tire warning lights. I've had those come on at highway speed entering small towns in the boondocks. It sure beats just having a flat and having to fix or replace it in the dark, or rain, is worse, cause an accident. Some of these modern 'bells and whistles' are darn handy.
