I also was able to get back in. Everything is back, but I'm still unable to book. I called VC and had them book it for me. They said they were having some system problems. Some owners were unable to log in, others couldn't book, and others no problems. They were working on it. No idea when it'll be fixed, but will book for anybody that can't.
Just an observation, i've only been able to do 1 transaction each day. Monday I booked, Tuesday I booked, today I cancelled. After each of those I couldn't do anything else. I have unlimited transactions, so this shouldn't be a problem. Points returned just fine, thankfully.
