Has anyone dealt with Simon Molloy with the Timeshare Shop in UK? I am interested in buying one of his listings but i cannot say that his process sounds 100% trustworthy. Basically he is asking for 275 pounds in advance (when we sign the contract, the rest upon the transfer of the title). I did not see any resale information sheet, just some emails from the resort with some info.
He has two reviews on Google, happy buyer, not so happy seller.

This company takes your registration money and and your timeshare and any RCI points you have in your account.
In return they give you nothing despite the hundreds of pounds they said you would get. It’s called fraud, don’t fall for Simon’s promises.
