I received an invitation to the annual meeting (Pinnacle Owners Association) on Oct. 10. I plan to attend, and will report back with a brief summary of what took place.

Question - I recall that years ago there was suppose to be a temporary increase in SDO MFs? Did they ever go back down? Or level off?

As predicted - it didn't go down after renovations, and has in fact, increased:
