Provides 3 guaranteed weeks per year, with more available. 1 Red week and 2 Blue/white may be reserved at the same time, with another reservation available when one of the three reservations start, Weeks are perpetual and allow owner to have access to the property year round. Great trader. Get a red week early in the year, another late summer, a final at Christmas, plus the whites and blues. Mortgage is been paid off, no liens, and is owned out right. Looking for new owner to take over ownership. Owner has access to day use at the resort 365 days a year by simply calling the resort to let them know you are coming for a visit to use the amenities that day.
