Considering buying a deeded floating week at Carriage Hills, mainly because I live in the area and the family would have access to the pool and fitness room all year round. Is there a Directory for deeded weeks owners? All I can find is information that relates to the Vacation Club

Unless buying a deeded week gives you SVC points then I think what you get is your deeded week.

You can buy these float weeks on Ebay for $1, but the problem is you can't even give these things away when you want to get rid of it.

My husband and I want to get rid of our ownership. No one wants to buy it. What are our options? What if we don't pay our MFs? Will Carriage Hills and Carriage Ridge take us to court. I've heard that they are doing that?

If they don't take you to court then there is no incentive for anyone to pay and hence the Timeshare Association will go Bankrupt. So they may in fact go after you.
