I am attempting to sell a week. I have done this before and know the various places to list a week and such. This week, though, is a different sort of week. It is at a small resort few people probably have ever heard of and wondering if my normal selling places are going to work for this week. Any input you might have would be appreciated. Thanks.

If the week has value and you price it right someone who is aware of your timeshare will find it and the various places you list it should work.

I always list positive attributes of a place even saying it is smaller in a positive manner. Some do not like large resorts and only consider smaller ones.

If your resort has an owner controlled HOA, say so. Many want resorts with this criterion.

Was the resort sold as fixed weeks so the same people return the same week each year? Many like that as well.

As Panina says, focus on the positives, whatever they are. So your target audience can find you.
