I had a July week last summer in a 1 BR. We ended up getting one of the best views possible 7th floor second to the end close to ocean. If you have stayed in other ocean city timeshares I would rate it slightly below average. If you haven't stayed in any ocean city timeshares, then it would probably be rated maybe a 3 or 4 out of 10. I think 80% of the units have no views or less than desirable views.

What year and what time of year are you thinking about exchanging in? Are you looking at a 3 br or a 1 br and if 1 br how many would actually be staying?

To tschwa2, can you suggest the top five (5) timeshare resorts in Ocean City. The area looks very nice and laid back. IMHO. Looking for an outstanding resort, with a two (2) bedroom unit accommodation, a full kitchen, with a nice ocean from view or an ocean side view.

We have only driven thru the area from visiting the Sight and Sound stage production from Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

We would be traveling off-season April or May, or October or November.
Thanks for your assistance and information in this matter.

I don't think anything in Ocean City is outstanding. I love going there, but not for the quality of the timeshares, unfortunately. Ocean Time is okay, very limited views. Club Ocean Villas II is okay, no views at all. We didn't care for Sea Time.

Thanks for replying. We are going down for a June week after the children are out of school, I have a 1 bedroom, it sleeps 6. I was looking for a 3 bedroom, but I was nearly impossible to find.
