If you don't get any response you might want to check booking directly at one of the timeshares. Those in the area are Villas de Santa Fe, Otra Vez, Las Brisas and World Mark. All of these are within walking distance of the Plaza.

Also check air bnb, and there are several hotels in the Plaza area that might meet your budget (of course they won't have kitchens).
