Possibly not the correct forum, but Sumday Vacations has a Royal Sands 2 BR unit week 47 on their site for .99 cents. Looks like once the transfer completes, there's a $250 gift card in it for the new buyer. I've had good luck with Sumday in the past on a few units they posted on ebay. This ones maintenance fees are way to steep for my liking.

My point in posting this, is it is a good deal to someone who might be interested. That is all. While it may not suit my needs, it may very well suit someone else's.

We own 2 weeks there. The maintenance fees are far less than some other Mexican timeshares and all of our Marriott is ones. It’s a wonderful resort.

I appreciate your post! The Royals are wonderful resorts, we had a Royal Caribbean unit until last year. I am sure someone here will LOVE to get this unit.
