I can see that I can retrade an exchange without E-plus. Traded to for 1BR but now wanting a 2BR if there's availabilty I know that it's limited to a date range but how does that work? Does work just like when you have an E plus?

If you are outside of the 5 days window to add e-Plus, you will need to pay another full exchange fee to retrade.

check in is July 15, so if I retraded it, I will have to pay exchange fees again and guest certificate? My children are using it.

I take it it is the same date so date range would not be in play and I assume it is for this year, if so size upgrade fee will also not be applicable. You would have to pay exchange fee again. In theory you should not need to pay guest cert again. Since call in and online exchange fees are the same, it is best you call II agent to do this and ask them tne question of the guest certificate.

Your will also be restricted to retrades only within 30 days of checkin since you are so close to the current checkin date.
