Reserving at Desert Springs Villas

How difficult is it to book a reservation at Desert Spring Villas 1 & 2 during high season, especially during the tennis tournament in mid-March at Indian Wells? Is it possible to get a booking at DSV 12 months out, or iffy if you don't have 13-month reserving privileges?

I am a DSV owner and used to be able to book during the tennis tournament 12 months out with no problem. This year and last year I have had trouble so I would say that it is becoming more difficult than it used to be.

I booked this year with no problem that exact week. However you must be online at exactly the second it becomes available 12 months out. Dont waste your time calling in. And dont be 5 minutes late.
