Hi
Can anyone tell me how to make specific requests while booking online? I.E. a King size bed studio vs. a queen with a sleeper sofa.Or getting a balcony vs. none. This would be for HGVC Seaworld.
Thanks
Chris

You can't online and it wouldn't do any good since corp runs the reservation system. The best way is to call the resort front desk 2 weeks before arrival to "confirm" your reservation and place any requests. They have the best knowledge. I used this approach at MarBrisa to snag a unit where we didn't have to climb stairs. Don't call too early, they have a better idea of inventory closer to the date.

I've made a reservation by phone and they added a "note" to the reservation but when I showed up the front desk knew nothing about a note and admitted they don't use the corp system.
