So I have two questions:-
(1) Does this mean that any reservation (Home Resort or SO) can be cancelled without charge or penalty as long as it is done more than 60 days ahead of the reservation start date?
(2) If cancelling within 60 days what the heck does "Be restricted to requesting a new reservation within 60 days of the new requested arrival date" mean? I'm English and I can't make sense of that sentence

- Be restricted to requesting a new reservation within 60 days of the new requested arrival date
- Not be eligible for StarOptions Banking or Starpoints conversion
- Cancelled within 60 – 8 days: $50
- Cancelled 7 days or less: $75
