I was notified that my transfer was completed.
Purchased Resale on Ebay: Jan 13, 2019
Completed all Signing/Paperwork to GreatWay Services (Sumday) for transfer: Feb 12, 2019
Title Deed Transfer Recorded (Orlando): Feb 13, 2019
Wyndham began processing Transfer: April 10, 2019 (after calling about status)
Notified by GreatWay that Transfer was completed: May 9, 2019

So at this point do I just wait for Wyndham to send me my Membership# + Contract# in the mail? or is the contract# the same one from previous owner (notated in Estoppel?)

Should I call Wyndham directly?

You could try registering your account with Wyndham, by using the contract number in your estoppel. I think it will accept just that but you also need the phone number you provided the title company. The name has to match the paperwork you submitted to the title company. If that does not work, call Wyndham’s main number and give them the contract number. They will ask you to confirm your personal details. If that’s the wrong contract number, they will tell you that’s not the info they have. In which case you might have to wait for Wyndham’s letter. They would be able to tell you what you need to do. If it’s correct, you can ask for your member number and try registering on the web page again.

Make sure you look at Owner 101 section of the website. Start with the videos and move onto the knowledge base articles. The directory with resort information and program guidelines is under the “What’s Happening” section of the website. Click the directories link. They often post points discounts under the “Benefits” section of the website under “Deals and Offers”. Those points discounts are for everyone.

Four months, but the closing company took about a month to get the deed recorded and paperwork submitted to Wyndham. Some recorders office take longer then other. Wyndham is just coming out of their busy season.

Wyndham is taking 10-12 weeks to process transfer once they receive recorded deed and transfer fee. I had one only take 3 weeks last Dec. Its mystery meat as how long and why it takes months or weeks sometimes.

I purchased a Wyndham deed on eBay in Dec of 2018. The closing company had everything completed and sent to Wyndham on Jan 25th. It's now May 11th and Wyndham still states that it is in process. It seems they must be backed up but didn't imagine that it would take quite so long.
