Pandadoc is a new one on me. I just got a link to use pandadoc for a timeshare sales through Redweek. Never heard of Pandadoc and have sold other timeshares through Redweek and they never used this before. I'm wondering if it is legit (basically, I won't click it until I believe it is legit).
The rep from Redweek left me a really long poor quality message the other day. He sounded like he was in a boiler room with lots of talking in the background and his English was so difficult to understand that the only words I understood were "timeshare" and "email." It was a long message, so I missed about 98% of what was said. I just deleted it, thinking it was just some scam call, but later saw an email from Redweek regarding an offer on my timeshare listed there.
I just sold a couple timeshares through them a couple months ago and I never had boiler room calls or emails via pandadoc, so this just seems sketchy. The emails I've had from this person at Redweek all look exactly like the ones I've had from Redweek all along - legit.
FWIW, the other sales via Redweek full service seemed to go through Redweek fine, but have had issues at the title company, Chicago Title in San Diego, where they don't seem to follow through on the paperwork.
