I am a fan (and a satisfied repeat customer) of JRA Services, located in Florida. I believe that JRA advertises on TUG. The principal (Janet A.) is an experienced, detail oriented paralegal, with the knowledge and experience to deal efficiently and effectively with any legal obstacles to a quick and clean closing (such as a deceased spouse name on a would-be "grantor" deed, requiring an affidavit filing prior to lawful transfer completion, just to cite one specific example).

JRA costs are admittedly slightly higher than those of LT Transfers, but quality work has its' own inherent value IMnsHO. We have no plans to buy or sell any intervals in the foreseeable future, but JRA Services will remain my "go to" first choice when that time inevitably comes, with LT Transfers my number two choice.

I regret to report that, after 20 years of competent and reliable closing services, JRA Services is now no more (as of 21 January, 2017).

Principal Janet R. Ammirati has "closed the JRA doors" to pursue a career change in residential real estate. I will miss her reliable competency and careful attention to detail in timeshare resale closings. IMnsHO, she was simply the best in the business. I wish her well in her new career.
