I was in that area in September. It's a nice place, clean and newer. It's on the smaller side, and on the main road there. There is a trolley you can catch from there that goes downtown and to the beaches which is nice. It stops at many of the hotels along that stretch. Make sure to have exact change though. The trolleys do not make change.
I guess I don't have any real opinions about the place other than it's nice. I would definitely suggest you book June-Labor day. The area in general is busy in Summer. After labor day things start shutting down.

It’s considered one of the better timeshares in the area. If you have an II account look at Main 84 in Kenneport which is nearby. Main 84 is my favorite.
I booked for middle October for the fall color. Hope there will still be activities available at that time. Any ideas for leaf peeping day trips?
