RCI resorts - RCI Platinum?

Just out of curiosity:

Seems that Vidanta deposited a bunch of Grand Luxxe Riviera Maya/Nuevo Vallarta into RCI.
But I don't see them via HGVC portal.

But I think some folks with RCI (points/TPU's) this may be restricted to RCI Platinum?

Does anyone know if this is another case of that magic "filtering" that HGVC/RCI does for us HGVC owners?

More out of curiosity if all RCI access isn't 'equal'.

A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
I pasted the restriction and availability of Vidanta platinum priority. I took out the date range to avoid it being a "sighting" No Luxxe in Riveria Mayan

**Inventory available only to Platinum members** Guest certificate is required for multiple confirmations from the second unit confirmed. A Guest Certificate is required if the member does not travel in consecutive reservations. *Members with vacation ownership in VIDANTA, can not confirm this resort through RCI. Last minute reservations made 48 hours prior to arrival or less will not be accepted.
