Has anyone dealt with this company?
aconsumercredit[dot]com/

also when i asked about it, they have said that you pay up front. Would that be a scam or is this actually legit?

Pretty safe to say if you have to pay upfront then it's a scam.

Probably a scam but, what service are they offering for which you have to pay upfront?

IMNSHO - it really doesn't matter what they are "offering" because the offer is likely to be bogus.

True. But the OP was very vague in his inquiry. The service offered might not even have been timeshare-related. For all I know, someone might have been offering to fix the OP's TV or paint his front porch.

If they're reroofing your house, an up front deposit may be legit.
Anything else, is totally bogus.
