Hi. I have always used vrbo to rent out our WKORV and WKORVN and have had good luck with it. Curious what you all think about renting them out on Redweek. We own event weeks and plan to rent them out. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. I have ability to accept cc payments from my renters. TIA.

I use Redweek and the TUG Marketplace exclusively. Mostly for Kierland, but also my Hawaii properties on occasion.

The advertising cost on Redweek and TUG (~$50 on Redweek; free for TUG members) is much lower than vrbo.

No one has ever asked to pay by credit card. I generally take a Paypal transfer for the deposit and a snail-mailed physical check or wire transfer for the balance.

Can you share more about the best practices for renting out timeshares?

I haven’t rented in years but I’ve either used TUG or Redweek and PayPal for payment.
