We want to explore Florida for few days before our TA Cruise in April. Where should I return rental car to make it easily to Port Canaveral Norwegian Cruise terminal? Thanks, TUGers.

There are several national chain car rental companies near Port Canaveral. Google Maps is showing National, Hertz, Budget closest with Avis & Thrifty a little further down A1A. It will be a short cab ride over to the cruise port terminal, unless one of those companies will come and get the car at the port.

Thanks moonstone. I booked one way Alamo from Tampa at $25/day for several days and will check on my snowbirds friends before we sail off.

Great, it looks like you'll have a short cab ride to the port. If your friends want to watch your ship leave there is a great viewing spot at the mouth of the port at Jetty Park which is a few blocks east of the car rental depot. Enjoy your cruise!

We have used budget and Alamo in the past for one ways to PC cruise port. Very easy as the both offered (at the time) shuttle service to the port. I drop off the family and luggage at the port and then get rid of the car and meet up with them after. There has been a couple times the shuttle wasn’t around, I just took a taxi. If I recall around $12 fare.
