I am not sure where to post this but I noticed they have week 38- annual- 2 bedroom-ground floor unit- for 99 Cents plus they will pay the buyer a $250 incentive to take it!

That would be the week we are in right now. Great time of year. Usage starts in 2018. Maintenance fees would be about $765. I would grab it myself if I didn't already own a yearly off-season floater at my other timeshare.

I believe that we are actually (for Saturday to Saturday weeks) in week 37 now and that week 38 in 2017 would be September 23-30 (next week), but I'd certainly nonetheless agree that it's a good deal for someone who could use such a week to their advantage!

Depends on the check in day of the building. I was in Vermont last week for my floater and it was week 37- a Sunday check-in.

This unit from Sumday is in the Pemigewasett Building. Not sure of the check in day there.

Unit 130 week 38 checks in on September 23, 2018...Sunday. (According to RCI deposit calculator.) Would be a great time of year to visit NH!

Yes- Theo and missycrews- I stand corrected. I was confused because I forgot this year was a 53 week year- a rarity in the timeshare world. I also forgot that my Vermont timeshare uses RCI's calendar and Pollard Brook uses Interval's- which are usually the same but THIS YEAR are different.

(That is why my week 37 in VT was last week. And it is also why I had to move up my week 31 Pollard Brook one this year to be back to back with my Vermont week 30 one, giving me, in essence- 2 week 30s' this year! LOL!)

Reminds me of the old "0" week confusion at the Royal Resorts. Sounds like a good deal, but the fees are a bit high and I have a fixed week 37 elsewhere with a Friday check-in/check out.
