Rather than repeating for the nth time my issues with a property (and the email from MVC had absolutely the wrong dates on my review survey, so do I think they really care?) I would rather contact the general manager directly. Can someone steer me to the thread that lists these people. I tried a search and didn't come up with what I wanted. Thanks.

Which resort? Generally contacting the resort directly will secure you the info and/or get you a call back.
