Please help on the new HGVC website

Tried to book my Lagoon Tower and Sunrise Lodge weeks for next year. But no matter which week I choose in Jan/Feb, it tells me "OUTSIDE BOOKING WINDOW OF 02/13/2017 - 11/15/2017"??? I am really pissed off by the new site. Besides this unknown error I just got, it's really a nightmare to search availability during a time frame. Can anyone shed me some lights on how to use this new website?

I assume you are referring to Home Week reservations. I had the same issue for booking 2018 reservation Ski Week at Sunrise Lodge. I finally called in and was told that there was an issue with Web site. This was about a month ago now.

I tried using the special link at the top of the "Destination" page.
Its entitled, ""Book Home Week and explore all destinations"
I eventually got to the calendar, but no further than that.
Perhaps its a work in progress.

If this was the Hilton.com site and they couldn't get any hotel reservations made online, it would have been fixed in less than an hour. I wonder how many of the hilton.com staff came over to the HGVC staff or if it is supported from India, by priority. I know if I was running Hilton.com and was told to select some people to send to HGVC for the split, I wouldn't have picked my best people to leave.

I suspect that HGVC let their PR Department design it.
If they had given the C/S reps a seat at the table, it'd be much different.

Home Week reservations can be made from the new Web Site by selecting the Destinations tab at the top of the page. Home Week reservations for all of your owned properties can be made in the middle of the page. I don't know if this has always been there or is an update to the web site. This isn't how home week reservations were made on the old web site.
