Does anyone know what the original price was for week 52 at this resort? Can I get one of these weeks for $37K? Also is there a website which shows original developer selling price for Timeshares? Thanks

I would hope that you could get a resale for 1/10th that amount, and I know of no website showing developer prices. A buyer would be embarrassed to tell, and the developer wouldn't want it known how greedy they are. What difference would knowing developer prices make anyway? It's immaterial to the resale value- which is a tiny fraction of it.

It may be possible but likely difficult to find a week 52 resale at Mountainside for 37k. Weeks 51 and 7 are easier to find than a week 52. I own a week 7 at Mountainside.

Original developer prices are meaningless as stated above. I think they sold for 75k or so originally but others will know better.

Thanks Marathoner- I have found some for $50K, but would like to get it at a little better price. And always curious to know how close to the original price they hold.
