Owner care line not working

I’m trying to call owner care because the website is not recognizing my log in credentials. Every time I call 1-800-251-8736 and then select 1 and 1 during the automated prompts, the line disconnects after the spiel about the survey at the end of the call. This is frustrating. Has anyone else tried to call today and been successful? Or is there a different number to call?

Thanks, I was able to make the call from my son’s phone, very strange. And they were able to re-register my account online, but gave no reason why my log in was messed up in the first place. Oh well, it’s fixed but still frustrating
