Old Key West

I just reserved a two bedroom unit at Old Key West (rack rate). I would like a building with an elevator (physical reasons) and close to a bus stop. Can anyone recommend which building I should request?

I believe only buildings 62, 63, 64 have elevators. Nice location near hospitality house!

Other than the 3 buildings mentioned above, non of the rest have elevators and all are 3 story. Sounds like you need a HC room, I'd either redo the reservation as a HC or call and see if they can get one assigned to you. If you, ask for first floor or elevator building for medical reasons. There's no way to guarantee it other than as a HC room. Otherwise you have around a 50/50 chance of being unsuccessful getting what you want.

About 4 days before your reservation call Disney’s Old Key West Resort directly and ask for the Room Assigning cast member. I would also fax my request directly to them
