OCEANTIME, Ocean City MD Re Service Animals, cleaning fee

Be advised that Oceantime has adopted new policy regarding Service Animals and Emotional support animals..as of my receipt 2/14/2019
Regarding Service Dogs they have gone so far as to put it in writing, (the only timeshare I know of) to pay a cleaning fee AND "an occupant must provide written verification of their disability".HIPPA Violation and Two big violations of ADA Law regarding Service Animals and their owners..WOW

The Beach Club at St. Augustine Beach, FL (1 floating week, purchased in 1982)

77,000 RCI points (Sunrise Ridge Resort, TN)
A guy on a Diamond Resort owners Facebook group is reporting that Diamond will make a no pets rule exception for his emotional support dog but he will need to pay $250 fee. He has a Doctors letter stating the need for the dog. The guy is not happy!

Emotional support dogs are not covered by ADA (the way service dogs are) and a resort can refuse them completely even with a doctor note or they can charge and put additional requirements if they allow the animal to stay.
