new Vistana corporate Interval account

    New Vistana owners. I am getting this error message every time i try to search for an exchange in Interval International:

    Our membership records indicate that you are ineligible to place an exchange request at this time. Please review your relinquishment/deposit information and contact our Membership Services Department if your information needs revision.


    Is this:
    - because the account was just set up last week so it does not have all the features yet?
    - because I have the 2019 week for a SO reservation (that i can cancel and deposit the week)?

    The getaway searches work normally as far as I can tell.

    If first use year is 2019 then I believe the II account is not yet active. Vistana pays for the corporate account starting from the first use year. I think it is a little different from you paying directly for an II account, where if your WLR has use year starting in 2019, you may pay for it now and deposit to start searching in 2018.

    Same reason as to why you may not borrow SOs into the year before your first use year.
