Sea Mist Resort has 90 spacious full sized condos

74 one bedroom condos, that sleeps four,
and 16 two bedroom condos that sleeps 6.

All condos have queen sized beds, 2 full bathrooms, 2 TVs, air conditioning, sleep sofas, decks or patios with furniture. All linens are supplied. All condos are Non Smoking, and no pets allowed.

Do the units have Washers and Dryers?

No but there are washers and dryers at guest laundry bldg 2
Just a side note, when we check in we were told no smoking, no pets etc.
next morning we saw a guest walking a small dog, ok we thought might be a person who lived in the area,later we ran into a family bringing in groceries including dog food. Then on our way out for the day we heard a dog barking from the upstairs unit. We didn't report it because I made a joke at check in that I wasn't sneeking in a little dog. The desk clerk was not amused, so MMOB

It is not on the ocean.

Heading back to the Sea Mist

Well, if you find a nice place you tend to go back there.

We've booked the Sea Mist again, and for the same week too! The week from Christmas to New Years. You can see my original review here

The Sea Mist isn't the grandest of resorts, but it was a great place to go and relax. There were numerous things to do with my family on site and near by. We lucked out with really nice weather last year, predictors are predicting colder predictions for this year. We'll see and I'll let you know.

Add to it that we're not gonna do a single bedroom with a 7 and 4 year old. I consider this trade a steal for my studio lock-off.
