new reservation not showing in the HGVC account

Last night i changed a reservation. Once finished (done everything as before) , the page was reflecting the new reservation. I saved the details through the "print" option. I refreshed the page and now it was showing the old dates. I tried again, the same thing.

This morning i called HGVC, they told me that they can see the new reservation and i should not be worried about it. I pointed out that the account was still not showing it. They told me they had a glitch, I would get an email with the confirmation but, few hours later, still nothing.

Has anyone been through this kind of situation?

Yes, I’ve had updates take a day or two to process, once I got the email with the new pdf attached the online account was updated too. The system uses a queue process for transactions, sometimes it backs up and take a while to clear.

Yes, I also have had problem before with the same thing. Eventually, your reservation history will show up correctly.

Today I did a new reservation and it immediately reflected the points but hours later it still does did not show in upcoming reservations nor did I receive a confirmation email.

Interesting that I received an email to tell me about my recent online experience. System is very slow. My guess is they are having problems.

the glitch is at their end for sure, o checked with the app and it is showing the same wrong info

I have to point out here, of all the websites i have used for any reservation (Vistana, Interval, RCI, expedia etc), HGVC is the nicest because it gives a graphic representation of the available dates.

I got the email now too. Online no reservation shows.

This morning everything on hgvc website seemed fixed, system working, system fast and reservations correct.
