First Worldmark contact. Worldmark got all docs on Nov 29. Not heard a peep.

I assume I will get a package in mail as I did with Wyndham, but wondering how long it takes for new account set up?

Seems like a no deed system ought to be fairly quick, but have heard zero.

Thoughts?

They are NOT speedy. It took every bit of three months for them to do things when I bought in 2017. Paperwork was signed the third week of October, and closing wasn’t till the middle of January. The reseller agency told me about it closing at the end of January, and that was a week after it transferred. When I called to set up my account, I learned the current maintenance fees were already past due. It was eye opening.

I don’t know how many people operate the transfer desk at WM, but I wondered if it’s the same group who handle Wyndham transfers. No rush, and no reason to be in a hurry. It’s business as usual for them.

Oh, and my Welcome packet arrived about two months later, long after I’d been using my account. There was exactly one sheet of paper pertinent to me, with my name and account number, which I already knew. The rest of the packet was generic informational pages they could have printed and sent at any time, or even electronically. Tuggers taught me the rest, long before the Welcome packet arrived.

I think they process all Developer Sales First. Get around to the transfers whenever.
