Need to unload WKORN unit

Hi everyone- We have reached the critical mass point with our EOY unit at WKORVN and are looking to unload for 2019 maintenance fees ($1,500) and closing costs ASAP. Anyone know how to do this in spite of ROFR? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Mauimama, I don't know what your circumstances are, but you definitely could rent your week quickly if priced right! That would give you some breather room to sell your unit. "Critical mass point" sounds desperate. I hate to see someone lose money when they feel like they don't have any choice. WKORN units have value.

If you absolutely have to get rid of it now, you should try deeding it back to the resort. It might be quicker than going through ROFR.

Mauimama is working on a sale with someone now. (Not me, I advised her privately to sell it for a good price with the possibility Vistana would pick it up through ROFR.) I hope it goes smoothly for her.
