Need help canceling timeshare ASAP

Read that contract and follow the instructions EXACTLY. Cancelling with only Profeco will not work - the resort must have a copy that is signed and dated. Take your Cancellation letter to Customer Services - NOT the Sales department. Ask for a copy verifying that you have cancelled / rescinded your contract. You mayneed this for your CC company. If you do not have something in writing before the end of day 5, it is still yours!

I don’t think I can comeback I just left there and they won’t sign and date it but I do have their signatures. I did a certified mail and registered mail on both US and Mexico within the 5 days and going back to US soon. I’m trying to call or email profeco at no avail

I don’t think I could go back there. I just left saying I’ve cancelled my membership. I’m not a member anymore. I’ve went and met up with them twice and they won’t date my copy of the letter they just signed it. I have mailed both registered mail and certified mail in both of their locations written at the contract. I’m going back to the US soon. I plan to visit profeco on Monday and that’s also my date of departure as well.

Oh I did ask for a copy but they won’t give it to me saying it’s processing and I’m already cancelled just waiting for 15 days to compute all expenses
