Hello and welcome to TUG!

Your list being what it is, the first system that came to mind is WorldMark but instead of me telling you why I think that, let me just point you to their map of resorts: Click here for that list.

Note: the map above is NOT the official list from Worldmark but does offer a nice visual representation. The actual list of resorts from Worldmark can be viewed by clicking here. I believe you can access that list WITHOUT having an account...

My experience is with RCI, Wyndham and Worldmark - others who come by here may have other ideas but that map might be a good starting spot to see how well their resorts align with your travel needs / desires.

There are many places you can purchase TS from (Worldmark included). Definitely buy resale! I acquired mine (resale) from Henri Moreau at WorldTimeShareClub but there are many sources from which you can purchase resale. I will say that my experience with Henri was fantastic - an easy transaction that moved along at a good clip and Henri was very good about keeping me informed on the process.

Something else I would suggest - regardless of what TS system you may want to purchase.
Find a few resorts you think you would be interested in stay at, then look at the review section on TUG and read the reviews about the resorts. That may give you a better feel about what to expect at each resort.
