HGVC - Vegas Blvd, Craigendarroch lodges x 2
Your location list is a good match for HGVC but you’d need a lot bigger budget. You’d likely need a 3 BR unit so 8400-9600 points. Initial buy in, resale, is around $1/point + closing costs. Maintenance fess, even at a good Vegas location would be $1200/yr.
HGVC is a solid 4 stars but it’s not cheap.

$5-700

For a party of 8, you need at least a 2 bedroom that sleeps 8 (many only sleep 6.) $500-700 is about half what you should expect to spend for the maintenance fee for a timeshare that sleeps 8.

We recently attended a presentation at the Desert Inn in Las Vegas. I did like the property.. so I started looking around.
I found a guy looking to sell, for how much I'm not sure yet.. but he did say the maintance fees were $700 and paid for the year.
He also said it was a floating week.. I think that's a good thing?
Forgive my ignorance in all of this, up until about a week ago I had no idea what a timeshare even was.
