I keep getting a message that I have MULTIPLE TRANSACTIONS in progress when I try to book. So, I can't book anything because the website thinks I already have a transaction in the process. Anyone else getting this?

Have not heard of it but try shutting down all programs and shutting off the computer. Wait 10 seconds, restart. Try a 2nd Browser if you have one on your system.

Yes it’s happened to me. If you start a reservation and don’t finish it, you have to cancel “properly” and I don’t know what that means

I logged out, cleared cache and cookies, shut down the computer and my router and my modem, waited 30 min

I don’t know what I did wrong (if anything) to cause the problem. And I don’t know what part of what I did to fix it, worked. But it did work and the reservation I wanted was still available. So I’ll be at The Canterbury in San Francisco for Thanksgiving

If you haven't closed out of the message yet and you know you do not have multiple transactions in progress - just wait a few seconds - like 10 seconds. Sometimes it resolves itself on its own. If you close out of the message like it "suggests" you do by showing you that "X", then you have to wait 15 minutes.

If you are in the process of making a reservation and don't want to be timed out for the time remaining on the time counter you have two options: complete it or click cancel at the bottom of the screen. If you just back out or click on the X you will be timed out. If you click on cancel, yes a two step process, you can immediately go back in to make another reservation.
