Morris House reserves budget = 45%+ of operating budget contacting Diamond HOA

I have just looked over the last 6 years of budgets. The reserves are consistently about 40% - 50% of the operational fees. I tried emailing the HOA, but no one responds. The numbers just don't add up. Has anyone ever dealt with trying to contact an HOA at Diamond Resorts? I have called Diamond, but no one seems able to give me information on contacting the HOA other than an email on the Diamond website. No one answers emails sent to the HOA address.

Yes with no success. I found that sending emails to HOA or Diamond in general is a waste of time (they rarely answer).
I got better success by posting on their Facebook page.
