Just wanted to let all know of my recent experience with Marriotts re sale operation. I first contacted them on 3/25 to ask about resale program through their website . I own at MOU and also Fords Colony . I was interested in selling the Fords Colony unit .
They got back to me the very next day and subsequently explained the program and gave me prices for both units and let me know they were accepting both into their program.
Their selling price for Fords would be $8100 and I would get 60% of that .
I filled out the paperwork , albeit not complete the first time but resubmitted it and completed by about April 2 .
I have received notice 4/17 that they identified a buyer and if I changed my mind to let them know immediately .
Today, 4/19 I received notice it under contract and I will get my money in about 120 days . Pretty simple and painless and not a bad price either , considering .
