Interesting. I see a home close to our vacation rental. I wonder who's really managing these properties because they are in violation of county laws because they have not listed the licensing number on the rental. There also needs to be a local contact if neighbors have noise issues.

The homes/villas thing isn't new. Been around a long time for President/Chairmans MVC, at least 4-5 years.
